Syntax
INPut[{1|2}]:COUPling {AC | DC}
INPut[{1|2}]:COUPling?
Description
This command selects whether the input channel is AC or DC coupled.
Remarks
l INPut or INPut1 refers to channel 1; INPut2 to channel 2.
l CONFigure and MEASure? do not affect the input coupling.
l The instrument selects AC coupling after a Factory Reset (*RST command) or an Instrument Preset
(SYSTem:PRESet command).
Return Format
The query returns either AC or DC.
Examples
The following example makes a frequency measurement on channel 1. The input is configured for a DC-
coupled 0.5V threshold with a negative slope.
