Metric Bolt Specifications – Cast Aluminum
Specifications are provided for the appropriate final torque values for various sizes of metric bolts in cast aluminum.
NOTE:
The torque values provided in the following metric bolt torque tables apply to hardware installed dry; that is, hardware
with no grease, oil, or threadlocker on the threads or heads. Do NOT add grease, oil, or threadlocker to bolts or cap screws
unless you are directed to do so in this manual.
