4.15 Replacing Skid Shoe Wear Plate
Skid shoes are equipped with replaceable wear plates that can be reversed for increased service life. It is recommended
that wear plates be replaced when the skid shoe support bracket becomes exposed.

To avoid bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up or fall of a raised machine, always shut down the engine
and remove the key before leaving the operators seat, and always engage the safety props or close the lock-out valves
before going under the machine for any reason.
