Account Names and Group Names can only be used once within
an Account Structure.
Adding Budget and Surcharge settings to your Accounts is only
available when the Advanced Reporting option is activated. See
Budget and Surcharge Preferences on page 135 for details.
Group Settings
A Group or Subgroup has the following settings that are displayed on the Add Group Screen:

The name that you create to assign Groups or Sub-
groups of Accounts to Operators.
A Group Name can only be used once.

If a Group is not active, the corresponding Accounts
are not visible. Users cannot select inactive Ac-
counts.
Active / InactiveStatus
Name of the Parent Group:
•
For a Group: Root.
•
For a Subgroup: a Group Name.
