E-services are a set of value added services that help you to maximize the full potential of
your Mailing System.
E-services features include:

Ink Management: Our ink management feature maximizes the productivity of your
mailing operation by taking the guess work out of managing and ordering ink supplies.
Your Mailing System will send an automatic alert via e-mail back to Neopost when
your Ink Cartridge is running out of ink. Once we receive the ink alert, our Customer
Service Centre will place a courtesy call to inform you that your Ink Cartridge is almost
out of ink.

Diagnostics: Each month your Mailing System will download performance information
to Neopost to allow us to diagnose potential problems more efficiently over the phone.
If we cannot solve the problem over the phone, we will know exactly what area of
the system to focus on when we arrive on-site. Our ability to review your system's
performance information optimizes the productivity of your Mailing System and
reduces your down time.

Statistics: Each month you will be able to retrieve basic information about your
mailing activity to better manage your mailing expenditures and reduce your operating
costs.This information can be printed on Labels or exported into other software
programs for review and analysis.

Messages on Device: Neopost can send messages directly to your Mailing System
console that will allow us to inform you when we plan to arrive, if there is a problem
with your system, if we have a new program in place that will save you money, etc.
All you have to do is open the message on your console when the message arrives.

Features Upgrades: Features upgrades to your current configuration can be
completed remotely. If you need an increase in the number of Accounting departments
on your system or you need to weigh items that exceed the weighing capacity of your
current Weighing Device, we can complete these upgrades without having to send
a technician to your office.With E-Services you can maximize your Mailing System's
potential with the touch of a button, and get back to processing your mail in minutes.
•
Rate Downloads: Neopost can download your Canada Post Rate updates directly
into your Mailing System. Once your download is complete we can send a message
to your Mailing System console informing you that your rate download has been
completed.
Your Mailing System connects to E-Services Server via the same telephone or network
connection you use to add postage to your meter.
All connections are secure, and data is maintained under strict privacy policies.
