Using Batch Counters
Batch Counters allow you to track and report on the number of items processed and the
amount of postage used since the last counter reset.
The following modes have their own counter:
•
Print Postage
•
Permit Mail
•
Incoming Mail
You can reset the current Item Counter directly from the Home Screen.
To produce reports associated to your Batch Counters, see Batch

How to reset Batch Counters
To Reset the current Batch Counter:
1. On the Type of Meter Impression Home Screen:
Tap the Reset counter Zone on the Home Screen.
A confirmation Screen appears.
When creating a Permit Mail Impression, a preliminary screen allows
you to view or print a report before resetting (historic reports for the
previous two batches are available). See Permit Mail Usage Report
on page 152
2. Press [OK] to confirm, otherwise press Cancel .
The Batch Counter of the current Type of Meter Impression is reset.
Or, to reset any Batch Counter:
