How to restrict Operator Access to Accounts
To restrict Operator Access to Accounts:
1. Follow the procedure How to assign Accounts to an Operator on page 131 , steps 1
and 2.
2. Select the Account or Group and press Unassign ).or if you want to assign all the
Accounts or Groups to the selected Operator press Unassign all .
3.
4. Press [OK] to validate the unassignments.
To see the Account list of the selected Group, press View group
content .
Activating Operators
The ability to select the status of an Operator allows you to create as many Operators as
you need in advance and then activate them as required. Users cannot use deactivated
Operator PIN Codes to activate new Operators.
How to activate / deactivate an Operator
To activate or deactivate an Operator:
1. Begin by Modifying an Existing Operator (see How to modify an Existing Operator on
page 130).
2. Once you have reached the Operator Options, select the line Status to activate or
deactivate the Operator (the key displays the current status of the Operator), and then
press [OK].
3. Once the Operator Modification Summary Screen appears, press [OK].
