Managing Impression Memories
How to create an Impression Memory
To create an Impression Memory:
1.
Login as the Supervisor then (see How to log in as Supervisor on page 184 ):
Press and type 4 or select the path:
Select Impression Memory
The list of available impression memories appears on the Impression Memories Screen.
2. Select a Memory named None in the list, then press New
3. Press [OK] to create a new Impression Memory.
4. Select the type of mail by pressing Standard or Permit .
5. Enter the name of the new Impression Memory, then press [OK] .
6. To include weight, put a mail piece on the Weighing Platform, then press Next .
7. Enter the parameters, press Next to validate and display the next list of parameters,
if any.
8. Repeat previous step until the System displays the name of the new Impression
Memory in the list.
How to Edit / Modify an Impression Memory
To edit or modify an Impression Memory:
1.
Log in as the Supervisor (see How to log in as Supervisor on page 184), then:
Press and type 4 or select the path:
Select Impression Memory
2. Select an Impression Memory from the list displayed on your Screen.
3. Press [OK] to validate your selection.
4. Select the Menu path Edit.
The Impression Memory Modification Screen appears.
