How to export an Account List
To export an Account List:
1.
Log in as the Supervisor (see How to log in as Supervisor on page 184), then :
Press and type 5.2.4 or select the path:
Account management Manage Accounts Export Account list
2. Insert a USB memory key into the left USB port located at the rear of the system Base
and press [OK].
3. Follow the instructions displayed on the Screen.
Once you have completed all of the steps displayed on your Screen, a message will
inform you that you may now remove the USB memory key.
Importing Accounts
To import Accounts into your Mailing System, save your Accounts as a CSV file on a USB
memory key.
In order to successfully import Accounts into your Mailing System please makes sure to
save your Accounts in the following manner.
Format is ACS_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.CSV (example:
ACS_20091007_035711.CSV
Name
; (semi-colon)Field delimiter
New lineRecord delimiter
To add Accounts to your Mailing System efficiently, export your
current Account List and modify it using a PC-based application.
Once you have completed all of your changes re-import the CSV
file into your Mailing System.
