  The weighing platform or dynamic weighing module on your Neopost Digital Mailing system might not be weighing properly for several reasons: * The weighing device may not be zeroed. * There may be vibrations or air drafts in the weighing area. Use a solid and steady table. * Something might be touching or lying on the weighing platform. Clear the weighing area and re-zero the weighing platform. * The weighing platform zero may not be set. * The weight might be too heavy for the current rate. Press [OK] to clear the error message. * The weight on the platform might exceed the capacity defined in the Weighing Platform. Remove the package and, if possible, weigh it on another scale.

  If envelopes are stopping in the feeder of your Neopost Digital Mailing system, it could be due to several reasons: * The mail piece may be too thick, so clear the Feeder. * The mail size might be incorrect, so clear the Feeder. * There may be too many envelopes on the feed deck, so clear the Feeder. * The envelopes might not be properly stacked on the feed platform, so clear the Feeder. * Sealing might be ON while feeding sealed envelopes, so feed sealed envelopes only with sealing OFF. * Sealing might be ON while feeding envelopes in a wrong position, so correct the cause. * The selection fingers might be blocked, so correct the cause.
