5. Select the Group Status (active or inactive). The Screen then displays the current
status of the Group you have selected.
6. To move the current Group into a Subgroup, select the Folder key, then select a Group
from the list displayed on your Screen and press [OK].
7. When the Add Group Screen appears, press [OK] again.
The Group Creation Summary Screen appears.
8. Press [OK] to create this Group.
Editing Groups
Follow the instructions below to change the Name, the Status and the Parent Group of a
Group of Accounts.
How to View/Edit a Group or a Subgroup
To view or edit a Group or a Subgroup of Accounts:
1.
Log in as the Supervisor (see How to log in as Supervisor on page 184), then:
Press and type 5.2.1 or select the path:
Account Management Manage Accounts Account List
The Account List Screen appears.
2. Select the Group (use the double arrows to scroll through the list).
A Group that is not in the list is probably a Subgroup: To view the content of a Group,
select the Parent Group, press Edit/Del. and then select View Content to display
the content of the Group. Select the Subgroup in the list that you are looking for.
3. Press [OK] ( Edit/Del. ).
The Group management Screen appears.
4. Select Edit / Modify (or type 1 ).
