The maintenance processes listed below are only to be completed at the instruction of a
certified Neopost Service Technician.
Check that your Mailing System is connected to a LAN before starting these maintenance
operations.
Log in as the Supervisor then (see How to log in as Supervisor on page 184 ):

Withdrawing the Postage Meter

Removing the Postage Meter from service.

Swaping the Postage Meter

Installating a new Postage Meter into your Mailing System.Your old Postage
Meter must have already been withdrawn.

Registration Update

This procedure is used if you have changed your Postal Code.
