Neopost IS-5000 Operator's Manual

The IS-5000 includes a Touch Screen Control Panel, so most zones are tactile.Tap a zone
to open the corresponding User Screen.
Displays the Account that is currently selected.Account
Indicates that a Slogan will be printed when highlighted
in yellow.

Displays the Date that will be printed.Date
Displays selected Impression Memory when applicable.Impression Memory
Counts the envelopes or Labels printed since the last
Counter reset.
Item Counter
When displayed, indicates that the Mailing System will
print a Label.
Label Indicator
Indicates unread messages are in your Mailbox.Mailbox
Indicates the amount of postage in dollars and cents that
is to be printed on the envelope.
Postage Value
Indicates the distance the position of the Meter Impression
has been moved to compensate for the thickness of your
envelope. Adjusting the Print Offset is used to print
postage on thick envelopes.
Print Offset
Indicates the Postage Rate and the Special Postage
Services selected.
Postal Rate and Services
Displays the Postage Funds that are available for printing
postage.
Remaining Funds
Resets the Item Counter to zero.This is the starting point
for generating Batch Data Reports.
Reset Item Counter
Switches the Sealer ON/OFF and indicates whether or
not the Sealing function is activated.
Sealing Status
Indicates the current Meter Impression that is set to print.Type of Impression
Current weighing method selected.Weighing Mode
Current weight used to calculate the Postage Amount.Weight
