The Océ TDS700 Power Logic
®
controller
The Océ TDS700 is equipped with a Océ TDS700 Power Logic
®
controller which
helps you to make optimum use of your system. In a standard configuration, the
controller is located inside the printer. You can access the controller by opening the
side cover on the left flank of the printer. The controller is placed on a stand that you
can turn to the left to create a better access to the controller. To be able to turn the
stand in its outward position, loosen the screw below the controller stand a little.
You can buy an optional monitor, mouse, keyboard and controller console. On the
Océ Power Logic
®
controller an integrated application runs which allows you to
control control your entire workflow.
User role defined access allows you to log on to the following workspaces.
'Print jobs'. In this workspace you manage the following areas: 'Scheduled jobs',
'Waiting jobs' and 'Printed jobs'.
'Scan jobs'. In this workspace you can manage your scan-to-file jobs and scan job
destinations on the controller and on the network.
Scanner 'Templates'. In this workspace you customise and maintain the copy and
scan templates that are visible on the scanner operator panel of the scanner. This
workspace also gives access to the optional Stamping feature.
'Preferences'. In this workspace you have a transparent overview of all the system
defaults of the printer, scanner and controller.
'Configuration'. In this workspace you manage all settings related to network
connectivity, security, PDL management and pen settings.
The system control bar is always visible in the application and provides you with
status information about the printer, scanner and controller. It monitors the set
memory to display the available storage space on the controller and it gives an
overview of the loaded media types and sizes.

You can order the following optional features for the Océ TDS700 Power Logic

controller.
Account Logging. Account Logging is for accounting purposes, the Océ TDS700
Power Logic
®
controller is able to keep track of all your jobs. For each job the
job information and the paper usage is stored.
Océ Matrix Logic
®
allows you to create, in one single operation, different copy
sets from one set of scanned originals using pre-defined settings.
Stamping allows you to print a predefined text on all your copies.
