Give priority to a job in 'Scheduled jobs'
Introduction
The 'Scheduled jobs' contains all the jobs that are printed on the Océ TDS700
without operator interaction.
Purpose
Change the order in which the jobs are placed in the 'Scheduled jobs' area. The order
in the 'Scheduled jobs' is the same as the order in which the jobs are printed. The job
that is placed highest in the 'Scheduled jobs' area is printed first.
Before you begin
Make sure that you have sufficient permissions to perform the action in the
'Scheduled jobs'.
'Anonymous' - no permission, only viewing access
Repro operator - permission
Key operator - permission
System administrator - no permission, only viewing access
Note: If 'Copy priority' is active, copy jobs are always printed before print jobs in
the 'Scheduled jobs'. You can change the 'Copy priority' setting in the 'Preferences'
workspace in the 'System defaults' tab.
How to give priority to a job in the 'Scheduled jobs'
1. Click 'Print jobs' in the vertical icon toolbar to access the 'Scheduled jobs'.
2. Select the job that needs to get priority over the other jobs.
3. Click 'Move to top'.
Result
The job is moved up in the 'Scheduled jobs'. The selected job is placed directly after
the running job(s).
