21. Install th e in ner clu tch cover, drive clutch, dr iven
clutch, belt and outer clutch cover (see chapter 6). Be
sure wir es an d hoses are routed co rrectly. To rque
fasteners to specification.
22. Install th e (3 ) cla mps se curing th e intake ba ffle
a
ssembly to the air box lid , inne r clutch cover and
engine crankcase vent. Be sure routings are correct.
23. Install the rear bumper and cargo box assembly 
(see chapter 5).
24. Install new spring ring on rear drive shafts. Apply an
a
nti-seize compound to the splines.
25. Install th e r ear dr ive sh aft sp lines into t ransmission
sp
lines. In stall the fa steners th at atta ch th e r ear
bearing carrier to the upper and lower A-arms. Torque
new nuts to specification.
26. Install new br
ake caliper mounting bolts and torque to
specification.

Inner Clutch Cover Bolts:
12 ft. lbs. (16.6 Nm)
Driven Clutch Retaining Bolt:
36 ft. lbs. (48.5 Nm)
Drive Clutch Retaining Bolt:
47 ft. lbs. (63.5 Nm)
Outer Clutch Cover Retaining Screws:
45-50 in. lbs. (5 Nm)
Apply
Anti-Seize
NEW
Spring Ring

Upper and Lower Rear Bearing Carrier Nuts:
40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm)
= T
Rear Caliper Mounting Bolts:
44 ft. lbs. (60 Nm)
CAUTION
New bolts have a pre-applied locking agent
which is destroyed upon removal. Always use
new brake caliper mounting bolts
upon assembly.
