(speed for reduced acceleration)
MD35230 $MA_ACCEL_REDUCTION_FACTOR (reduced acceleration)
MD32300 $MA_MAX_AX_ACCEL (Maximum axis acceleration)
MD35242 $MA_ACCEL_REDUCTION_TYPE
(type of acceleration reduction: 0 = constant, 1 = hyperbolic, 2 = linear)
