00 Private Network Digit
Modification Table
Select the private network digit modification table to be defined.
Possible values:1~64 (default = no value)
01 Deleted Digits Select the number of leading digits to be deleted.
Possible values:1~10, 0 = delete (default)
02 Insert Leading Digits Select the leading digits to be inserted.
Possible values:Up to 23 digits (default = no value)
