7.17.1 Use TH1801-EXT2A-OUT to make test fixture
User should buy the TH1801-EXT2A extension ground board from our company.
The figure below also shows the connection of using 2 spring thimble to make test
probe.
The theory of 4-cable measurement is the test cable of DRIVE and SENSE should
be divided. In this figure, 1
Ｄ means the drive terminal of pin1, １Ｓ means
sense terminal of pin１.
Double-row pin, which can be inserted
into the relay board of the scan box.
Double-row bonding pad, which can install sockets
or directly be soldered with leads.
