1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingunit,engagethe
parkingbrake,setthekeyswitchtotheOFFpositionandremovethekey
fromthekeyswitch.
2.Removethebeltcoversfromthecuttingunit.
3.Usea3/8inchor1/2inchdriveratchetorbreakerbarintheidlearmto
releasethedrivebelttension.
4.Slipthedrivebeltoffthegearboxpulleyandallowtheidlertorestagainst
theshoulderbolt.
5.Removethefastenerssecuringthetensioningidlerassemblytothecutting
unitandremovetheassembly.
6.Securetheidlerassemblyinavisebyclampingontheidlerpivotplate.
