C.Installtherecordednumberofspacersonthecasterforkshaftfollowed
byathrustwasher.
D.Lightlygreasethecasterarmbushingsandinstallthecastorfork.
E.Installathrustwasher,theremainingspacers,andtheheight-of-cutcap.
Note:Ensurethatthethrustwashersarepositioneddirectlyaboveand
belowthecastorarmbushings.
4.Recordthecasterwheelmountingholeandremovethecastorwheelif
necessary.
A.Inspectthecasterwheelbearingsforwearordamageandreplacethem
ifnecessary.
B.Checkthatthebearingspacertstightlybetweenthebearingsafter
hubassembly.
C.Ensurethatthesemi-pneumatictiresarenotwornordamagedtothe
pointtheydonotholdair.Replacethetireifnecessary.
5.Greasethecasterforksbeforereturningthecuttingunittoservice;referto
thecuttingunitOperator’sManual.
