8.10.2 Equipment
The following items are required:
• QMR Tester with software version 1.16.0 or later installed.
• PC with Microsoft Excel application.
• The Uson Temperature Compensation Excel spreadsheet Template.
The following items may be required to transfer QMR results to the PC:
• RS-232 9-way D-type Cable.
• USB Memory Device.
• Serial Port Data logging application (e.g. Hyper Terminal Excel Wedge, etc.).
8.10.3 QmR Configuration
The following QMR tester options must be configured.
8.10.3.1 License
The Temperature compensation is a licensed option, which must be enabled via the
Licence facility before proceeding. The licence status can be viewed by selecting
the Program Mode Service Licence tab as shown below.
If the Temperature Comp option is not selected a licence update must be obtained
from Uson.
