and to Apply for subsequent programs in a sequence requiring Temperature
compensation.
The displayed parameters are:
The Last Atmos Reading parameter displays the last reading recorded by the
program's AT Measure step.
The TC Comp value compensates for the pressure changes due to fixture and seal
deformation during the TC Measure step. The default value is zero.
The Zones parameter specifies the number of individual zones which can be
configured across the AT Measure range. This allows different correction factors to
be applied based on the AT Measure value. The default setting is 1 and is sufficient
for most applications.
The Zone Setup table lists the selected number of zones and each entry defines the
selected AT Measure range and its associated compensation parameters.
Set the following parameters: Zones to 1, TC Comp Value to the calculated Temp
Offset and Zone setup factor to the calculated Temperature Factor.
8.10.5.3 Verification
The QMR will now correct the test results according to the values entered and can
now be verified by performing tests on known leak tight parts under normal
operating temperature conditions with and without leak master.
