4.2.6 Differential Tester Module
The table below describes the function of the ports on the Differential Tester
module shown.
Name Purpose
TEST PORT Connect the test port to the component to be tested.
VENT This is the external vent port for test air.
REFERENCE PORT
This port is used when pairs testing or additional reference volume
is required when testing components that have larger volumes than
the internal volume of the instrument and very high test pressures.
METERED VOLUME
The port is also known as a s Sealed Component Reference Port.
This port is provided to connect reference volumes in sealed
component and blockage testing applications.
