CLUTCH
3. Install:
• Clutch weight
• Thrust plate “1”
• Clutch spring
• Clutch damper spring “2”
• Clutch plate 2 “3”
• Friction plate “4”
• Clutch plate 1 “5”
• Pressure plate “6”
• Clutch spring plate “7”
• Clutch damper spring “a” installed at the end
must be installed backwards.
• Assemble the clutch plate 2 so their friction sur-
faces contact the pressure plate and the thrust
plate.
• The pressure plate “6” and thrust plate “1” can
be identified by punch mark “b” on the pressure
plate.
4. Install:
• Clip “1”
While compressing the clutch springs with the
clutch spring compressor “2”, install the clip.

INSTALLING THE CLUTCH
1. Install:
• Clutch assembly “1”
• Clutch assembly nut “2”
• Align the “a” and “b” during reassembly.
• While holding the clutch assembly with the ro-
tor holding tool “3”, tighten the clutch assembly
nut.
