4. Installed condition of crankshaft position sensor.
• Check for looseness or pinching.
• Check the gap (1.15 mm (0.05 in)) between the crankshaft position sensor and the generator rotor.

YES

a. Reinstall or replace the sensor.
b. Crank the engine, and then check the condition of the DTC using the malfunction mode of the
YDT.
Is it in the “Recovered” condition?
YES
