A. Insert the coolant hose until it reaches the
rounded end of the pipe.
B. Install the clamp at a distance of at least 1
mm (0.04 in) or more from the hose end.
Make sure the hose clamp does not ride
on top of the bulge in the hose mounting
area.
C. Install the clip with its end facing the down.
D. Insert the coolant reservoir hose until it
comes into contact with the rib of the radia-
tor filler pipe.
E. Insert the cooling system air bleed hose
until it comes into contact with the rib of the
radiator filler pipe.
F. Install the clamp with its end facing the
right.
G. Pass the coolant reservoir hose through
the inside of the radiator bracket.
H. Make sure the clamp does not ride on top
of the bulge in the hose installing area.
I. 0–1 mm (0–0.04 in)
J. Make sure the clamp does not ride on top
of the bulge in the hose installing area.
K. 3 mm (0.12 in) or more
L. Clip fixed position details.
