1.6 Notes for Moving and Transferring the Motoman
When moving or transferring the Motoman, observe the following safety
precautions:

• Attach the instructions to the controller cabinet so that all users
have access to necessary manuals. See section 1.3 “Motoman
Manual List” on page 1-3 for a complete list of manuals.
If any manuals are missing, contact your Yaskawa representative.
• Make sure warning labels are clean and are readable on the
manipulator and the controller.
If warning labels are not readable clean the labels so they are readable.
Contact a Yaskawa representative if requiring new warning labels
• When transferring a Motoman Yaskawa recommends contacting a
representative on the back cover of this manual.
Incorrect installation or wiring may result in personal injury and property
damage.
DANGER
• Never modify the manipulator or controller.
Failure to observe this precaution could result in injury or damage
resulting from fire, power failure, or operation error.
• When disposing of the Motoman, follow the applicable national/local
laws and regulations.
• Anchor the manipulator well, even when temporarily storing it
before disposal.
Failure to observe this precaution may result in injury due to the
manipulator falling.
