panelandinsidetheNetVanta800.Exercisecautiontoavoidelectricalshock.
a. Installappropriatefusesintheslotsinthefuseandalarmpanelthatservesthe
NetVanta800.
b. Usingavoltmeter,verifythattheoperatingvoltageiswithinthespecificationsforA
orBpowerfeeds.Formoreinformation,referto
Specificationsontheback.
c. RemovethefusesfromtheAandBslotsforthe pair.
5. Ifthecustomersiteisequippedwithlocalalarmcapability,connecttheCRIT(critica l),
MAJOR,andMINORalarmleadsfromtheon‐sitealarmequipmenttotheCommon(C),
NormallyOpen(
NO),orNormallyClosed(NC)wire‐wrapterminalsontheNetVanta800
rearpanel.
Theseconnectionswillenableaudibleand/orvisualindicatorsfromtheon‐sitealarm
equipment.
