serverforeachsequencenumberatanygiventime.Toswapthesequence
numberoftwoservers,temporarilysetthesequencenumberofoneserverto
0,ch angetheother server’ssequencenumber,andthenchangethe sequence
numberofthefirstserverfrom0tothenewdesirednumber.
Ifthesequencenumberisnotspecified,thesystemautomaticallyorderstheservers
(fromprimaryondown)astheyareentered,sothespecificationofthesequencenumber
isonlynecessaryifthepriorityorderneedstobechanged.
