Module Specifications
The F2-4AD2DA Analog Input/Output module provides
several hardware features:
On-board 250 ohm, 1/2 watt precision resistors provide
substantial over-current-protection for 4–20mA current
loops.
Analog inputs and outputs are optically isolated from the
PLC logic.
The module has a removable terminal block so the
module can be easily removed or changed without
disconnecting the wiring.
All input and output channels can be updated in one scan if
either a DL240, a DL250-1 or a DL260 CPU is used in the
PLC.
On-board active analog filtering and RISC-like
microcontroller provide digital signal processing to maintain
precision analog measurements in noisy environments.
Low-power CMOS design requires less than 80mA from an
external 24VDC power supply.
