Input Data Bits
Depending upon the resolution selected, up to 16
bits of the input word represent the analog data in
binary format.

The upper byte of the second input word
represents the broken transmitter detection bits for
use only with 4–20 mA input devices. The lower
byte is not usable by the programmer.
