Changing the Unified CM Service Password
You should only change the CRS CMService password when the Unified CM
CMService account password is changed on the Publisher server.
Note The CMService account does not display in the CRS Admin Utility on an Unified
CCX co-located with Unified CM box. To change the CMService password, you
must use the Unified CM Admin Utility, (This utility is found in c:\program
files\cisco\bin\AdminUtility.exe.)
To change a CCMService password, complete the following steps.
Note You cannot synchronize a CCMService password on a standalone CRS machine,
only change it.
Procedure
Step 1 In the CRS Admin Utility, use the check box to select the CCMService account.
Step 2 Select Option > Set New Password.
The Set Accounts Password dialog box appears.
Step 3 Use the dialog box fields to specify and confirm a new password and click OK.
A warning dialog box appears.
Step 4 Click OK.
The password is applied to each node in the cluster and the accounts running
under CCMService account on all nodes; a dialog box reports the status of the
changes.
