To enable the ND snooping function on the Switch:
DGS-3620-28SC:admin# enable address_binding nd_snoop
Command: enable address_binding nd_snoop
Success.
50-21 disable address_binding nd_snoop
Description
This command is used to disable ND snooping on the Switch.

disable address_binding nd_snoop

None.
