1. Deceleration and Jerk are reserved and their setting values are invalid.
2. BufferMode does not support any mode except mode 0 (mcAborting). If any mode else is selected,
an error will occur during the execution of the instruction.

TRUE when the instruction execution is
completed.

TRUE when the instruction is being executed.
TRUE when the axes group is being controlled.
TRUE when the instruction is aborted.
TRUE when there is an error.

Contains error codes when an error occurs.
