5 Close the finisher right cover.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the front cover of the finisher
is even slightly open.
Paper Jams at the Tri-fold Tray 2d and the Lever 2g when D2 Folder Unit is Installed
1 Make sure that the machine has stopped
before opening the right cover of the finisher.
2 Pull out the tri-fold output tray 2d, swing the
lever 2g, and remove the jammed paper.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces
of paper inside the machine.
3 Return the lever 2g to the original position
and push back the tri-fold output tray 2d.
4 Close the finisher right cover.
