Trigger Mode
Range: Automatic Overwrite, Protected
Default: Automatic Overwrite
This setting specifies what happens when the recorder uses its entire available memory
storage. If set to “Automatic Overwrite,” the last record is erased to facilitate new
recording, when triggered. If set to “Protected,” the recorder stops creating new records
when the entire memory is used by the old, uncleared records.
The following set of figures illustrate the concept of memory management via the
Trigger Mode setting.

Timed Trigger Position
Range: 1 to 50% in steps of 1
Default: 10%
This setting specifies the amount of pre-trigger data in percent of the entire record. This
setting applies only to the timed mode of recording.
Rec PHS-1, Rec PHS-2, Rec PHS-3,..., Rec PHS-14
Range: available synchrophasor values
Default: Off
These settings specify synchrophasors to be recorded from the superset of all
synchronized measurements as indicated in the following table. These settings allow for
optimizing the record size and content depending on a given application. Select “Off” to
suppress recording of a given value.
