[Emergency Logon] Launches the Emergency Logon window when Access Controls (EA3) is enabled. It does
not require an ID or password on your enterprise system.

[Logon]
Click to log on.
[Cancel] Quit the log on procedure.
2.2.2 Log On
If Access Controls is enabled, use the following procedure to log on to the system.
1.
From the
Logon
window, enter your logon name.
2. Enter your password.
NOTE:
If you do not have a valid account, click [Emergency Logon]. The
Emergency
Logon
window displays. Logging on does not require an ID or password.
3. Click [Logon].
2.2.3 Log Off
If Access Controls is enabled, use the following procedure to log off from the system.
1.
From the image monitor, click .
2. From the
Mode
menu, click
Shut Down
, then
Switch User
.
NOTE:
Logging off does not prohibit other users from logging on. Log off is designed to
protect patient privacy. It is not intended to stop approved users from logging on.
When you log back on after a log off, the system returns to your last known state.
