Caution Info Icon — Indicates some important information about
the patient that will affect the exam. For example, the patient has
an allergy to the standard contrast agent, so a different contrast
agent is needed for this patient’s exam.
Remove patient from the Schedule. The button displays only for
entries that were not received from the HIS/RIS. Patients re‐
ceived from the HIS/RIS can be deleted only on the HIS/RIS.
2.1.4 Schedule dropdown menu
Access additional Schedule related functions from the dropdown menu at the top right of the
Schedule.

Add Patient Open the
Patient Schedule
information window, where you can
enter the patient's information and add the number of a specific
protocol. You can add the patient, then start an exam or add a
patient to the schedule for a future exam.
Add Patient
is enabled
only if no other tab is in the “Not Yet Scanned” state.
Add Patient
performs the same function as the Add Patient button,
in the upper left of the monitor.
Edit Patient Open the
Patient Schedule
information window, where you can
edit the selected patient's information.
Refresh List Update the Schedule from HIS/RIS. This menu item is visible
only if a HIS/RIS is configured on this system. The dropdown se‐
lection also displays the time since the last update.
HIS/RIS Search
Open the search window. This menu item is visible only if a
HIS/RIS is configured on this system.
Refresh Setup Allows you to setup automatic refreshes from the HIS/RIS at
specific intervals, and to specify what data you query from the
HIS/RIS.
