3.5 Set Image Database Preferences
Patient de-identification or anonymizing an exam electronically removes certain exam
information and replaces it with anonymous information. There are two levels to anonymizing
patient information: Full and Partial.
Use this procedure to set the annotation level for patient anonymize.

From the image monitor, click

System Preferences .
3.
From the System Preferences window, click the Image Database tab.

In the Anonymize Patient Image Annotation Level area, select: Full or Partial mode.
NOTE: Full mode is the most HIPPA-compliant.
