1. The arrows allow moving the FlexiViews from the complete available list to the Enabled FlexiViews
that show the visible FlexiViews under the FlexiViews tab.
2. The arrows allow ordering the FlexiViews according to user preferences. The Enabled FlexiViews are
divided in columns of 4 elements each. Empty cells may be added to customize the layout of the
buttons within the FlexiViews tab.
