7.8 Measured Value Save Data Format
Header structure
The following header information (which consists of parameter names saved in the rst line of the
le) is used when measured data is automatically or manually saved in a le.
• The selected parameters are outputted beginning from top to bottom and from left to right of the
table.
• Measured data is outputted starting from the rst line immediately below the header in the header
order.
• The rst four parameters (Date, Time, Status, and Status 1 to Status 8) and the harmonic status
(HARM Status) are always outputted regardless of whether they have been selected.
• The instrument outputs the Status 1 to Status 8 information of installed input modules.
• If the motor analysis option is installed, the status (Status M) of the motor channel is outputted.
