7.8 Measured Value Save Data Format
Header structure
The following header information (which consists of parameter names saved in the rst line of the
le) is used when measured data is automatically or manually saved in a le.
• The selected parameters are outputted beginning from top to bottom and from left to right of the
table.
• Measured data is outputted starting from the rst line immediately below the header in the header
order.
• The rst four parameters (Date, Time, Status, and Status 1 to Status 8) and the harmonic status
(HARM Status) are always outputted regardless of whether they have been selected.
• The instrument outputs the Status 1 to Status 8 information of installed input modules.
• If the motor analysis option is installed, the status (Status M) of the motor channel is outputted.
