Configuration Roadmap

The configuration roadmap is as follows:

1. Enable LLDP globally on Switch A, Switch B, and Switch C.

2. Configure the management addresses of Switch A, Switch B, and Switch C so that the NMS

can identify the devices.

Data Preparation

To complete the configuration, you need the following data:

l Management addresses of Switch A, Switch B, and Switch C

Procedure

Step 1 Enable LLDP globally on Switch A, Switch B, and Switch C.

# Configure Switch A.

<Quidway> system-view

[Quidway] sysname SwitchA

[SwitchA] lldp enable

# Configure Switch B.
