Activating a Rule
Activates an event notification rule.
rule_activate rule=RuleName
Parameters:
Name Type Description Mandatory
rule Object name Name of the rule to be
activated.

This command activates the specified rule. An active rule is matched against
events and generates notifications. If the rule is already active, then this command
has no effect.
