Change Keyserver Properties
Change a keyserver ip address and/or port
encrypt_keyserver_update name=Name [ ipv4=Address ] [ ipv6=Address ] [ port=PortNumber ]

This command is used to update a keyserver's address, port, or certificate.
Example:
