encrypt_recovery_key_list
This command lists information regarding recovery keys, specifically: How many
parts was the recovery key shared across, and how many are needed for the
recovery process. When the currently valid recovery keys were created. Per-user
information about the status of each key share is available via
encrypt_recovery_key_status.
