The main drive of pick-up (1) and the drive of pick-up (2) are located on the pick-up on right-
hand machine side behind the side guard of the pick-up. The drive chains are tensioned with
the tension springs (3).
Prerequisite:
– The side guard of the pick-up on right-hand machine side is dismounted.
Checking chain tension:
The dimension X1 and X2 of the tensioned spring length must correspond to X1=60 mm and
X2=60 mm.
Setting chain tension:
• To increase chain tension, turn nut (4) or (5) clockwise until the dimension X1=60 mm and
X2=60 mm is set.
• To reduce chain tension, turn nut (4) or (5) counterclockwise until the dimension X1=60 mm
and X2=60 mm is set.
