WARNING! - Unforeseeable movement of the machine!
When aligning the machine and adapting the height of the drawbar, the machine may move
unintentionally. Thus there is a risk of serious injuries or death and the machine may be
damaged.
• Secure machine against rolling away by means of wheel chocks and by tightening the
parking brake.
• Use suitable supporting blocks to support the machine.
• When the parking support is moved to support position, keep hands and feet away from
danger zone of parking support.

Note
Before aligning the machine and adapting the height of the drawbar, the tyre pressure must be
checked and adapted to the value for the existing tyre type which is recommended in the tyre
air pressure table (refer to chapter entitled “Maintenance”), if necessary.

• To guarantee optimum working, the machine must be hitched in a way that the dimension X
is approx. 700-750 mm (for use with straw and in case of large swathes up to 800 mm).
When hitched up, the dimension X between the centre of the cutting roller and the ground
must be measured.
• In case of machines with tyres 600/50-22.5” in combination with a single axle, the
dimension “X” must be approx. 780 mm.
