• A ball-type synchronizer mechanism is used in each gear.
• The ball-type synchronizer mechanism consists of a coil-type synchronizer key spring, synchronizer key, and
ball. Use of these components in the clutch hub reduces the length of the manual transmission and makes the
synchronizer mechanism more compact.
