6524- Analysis suspended: Time limit exceeded while evacuating sample (servo).
Cause: The maximum time for evacuating the sample through the restricted
valve was exceeded. Possible causes are a leak in the sample tube fit-
ting, a crack in the sample tube,
or a poorly degassed sample.
Action: Check the sample tube and the sample tube fitting; ens
ure that the tube
is securely attached to the port. Verify that the sample is properly
degassed; then resume the analysis.
6525- Time limit exceeded while backfilling manifold to (target pressure) with (gas).
Cause A: The maximum time was exceeded before the target pressure point was
reached. The gas regulator may be set too low or turned off.
Action A: Set the gas regulator to 15 psig (1.03 bar). Then res
ume the analysis.
Cause B: The gas bottle is empty.
Action B: Connect a new gas bottle. Then resume
the analysis.
